Weekend Race Results and updated Point Standings as of 5/14/2023
The Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series had 5 out of the 9 sanctioning tracks with racing action this past weekend.
Repeat 2023 winners with 2 wins each at Homak Penn Ohio sanctioning tracks over the past weekend included Tyler Dietz in his #00 at Lernerville Speedway, Brandon Connor in the Ronald Winslow owned #55 at Thunder Mountain Speedway, and Bruce Hartzfeld in his #101 Roostit Chassis at Hummingbird Speedway. Additional weekend winners were Curtis J. Bish in the Tarr Motorsports owned #29 at Michael’s Mercer Raceway and visiting Marion Center Raceway for the first time, Brett Hutira parked his #4 pro stock in victory lane. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway and Latrobe were forced to cancel due to rain. Sharon Speedway did not have pro stocks on card for their season opener and Tri City Raceway had the day off for Mother’s Day. The first bonus points race is scheduled at Sharon Speedway this upcoming weekend on Saturday, May 20, 2023. The following weekend will be two bonus points races with one at Lernerville on Friday, May 26th and the other on Saturday, May 27th at Marion Center Raceway.
