Homak POPS Weekend Winners, Updated Points, & Ed Laboon Memorial
Weekend winners at Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series sanctioning tracks included Christian Schneider at PPMS and Kyle Couchenour at Eriez. Many tracks were forced to cancel due to below average temperatures and rainy conditions.
Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series weekly points are updated and available on the website. Andrew Hammond visited both PPMS and Eriez this past weekend increasing his total races on the season to 8 and holding on to the top spot in Homak POPS weekly points with 762 points.
The much, anticipated Ed Laboon Memorial race at PPMS is upon us and is set to kick off the 2025 Homak Penn Ohio Touring Series season. The major pro stock event takes place Saturday, June 7, 2025, paying $3,517 to win and $400 to start. Homak Penn Ohio weekly series members will receive bonus points for participation in the event. In addition to a hefty purse payout, there are many contingency prizes available to participating drivers.
Currently, there are 20 registered touring series’ members. With no races in yet, drivers can still register for a chance at becoming the next Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Touring Points Champion. Cost to register as a touring series’ member is $150. Touring series’ members are allowed one substitute driver in the series’ members car and one drop race. Drivers will not want to miss out!
