Weekend Racing Opportunities (July 24–26)
Penn Ohio Pro Stock competitors will have multiple opportunities to collect weekly points this weekend at sanctioned tracks across the region:
-
Friday, July 24: Sanctioned Friday night action gives weekly contenders their first shot at improving their season points total. Hosting Penn Ohio Pro Stocks are: Tri City Raceway Park in a $1,000 to-win special (unfortunately this was not a pre-scheduled $1k or more to-win show so no bonus point opportunity, but the extra cash is a great incentive for drivers to head to Tri City); and, Lernerville Speedway with a Family Fun Bike Night.
-
Saturday, July 25: Saturday night stock car action across sanctioned speedways in PA and NY will see heavy Pro Stock fields battling for victory and vital points at Marion Center Raceway (fan appreciation night) and Stateline Speedway (70th Anniversary Celebration).
-
Sunday, July 26: Weekend action wraps up with Sunday evening racing, offering drivers one final weekend opportunity to climb the ladder at Eriez Speedway (Dick Litz Memorial).
Under the 2026 series structure, registered drivers accumulate points towards their weekly championship based on their best 12 finishes of the season.
Looking Ahead
While weekly point chasing remains at a fever pitch, teams are also dialing in their setups for the upcoming 2026 Homak Penn Ohio Touring Series major events on the horizon, including stops at Tri City Raceway Park (Aug 21), Hummingbird Speedway (Aug 22), Sharon Speedway (Sept 11–12), Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway (Oct 2), and the Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway (Oct 15–17).
Fans and drivers are encouraged to visit local track websites and official social media pages for specific gate times, ticket details, and weather updates for this weekend’s events.
